Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism
At FINANCIAL KUNDALI (ARN 181908), we understand that prompt and effective resolution of investor grievances is crucial to maintaining your trust.
If you have any concerns, queries, or complaints regarding our services or your mutual fund investments, please follow our tiered grievance redressal matrix below.

Your first point of contact for any service-related issue, clarification, or complaint is our dedicated support desk. We are here to assist you with issues related to transaction processing, portfolio statements, or advisory queries.

Information to include in your query: To help us resolve your issue swiftly, please include the following details in your communication:
Name of the Investor
PAN (Permanent Account Number)
Folio Number (if applicable)
Nature of the grievance/complaint in detail
Expected Turnaround Time (TAT): We aim to acknowledge all queries within 24 hours and provide a final resolution within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the complexity of the issue and dependency on the Asset Management Company (AMC) or Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA).
Level 2: Escalation to the AMC / RTA
As a Mutual Fund Distributor, we act as an intermediary. If your grievance pertains to operational delays at the manufacturer’s end (e.g., delay in dividend payout, redemption credit, or unit allotment), and we are unable to resolve it at our level, you can directly escalate the matter to the respective AMC or their RTAs (CAMS / KFintech).
You can find the grievance officer contact details for each AMC on their respective official websites.
We will fully assist you in providing the necessary contact details and transaction reference numbers required for this escalation.
Level 3: Escalation to SEBI (SCORES 2.0)
If your complaint remains unresolved by us or the respective AMC within 21 days, or if you are dissatisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the issue to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
SEBI has a centralized web-based complaints redressal system called SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System).

App: You can also download the "SEBI SCORES" app on iOS and Android.
Level 4: Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR)
If the grievance is still not resolved to your satisfaction through SCORES, you have the option to initiate dispute resolution through the SMART ODR Portal. This platform facilitates online conciliation and arbitration for resolving disputes in the Indian securities market.

Please Note: Investments in mutual funds are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Grievances related to the underperformance of a mutual fund scheme due to market movements do not fall under the purview of actionable operational complaints.
